Timestop Volleyball is an adult-oriented Sports game, where the goal is not to win the match, but to fill up enough of your meter to activate your time stopping ability. Each moment your opponent manages to score a point, your meter will drain back to zero. You have to play immaculately to complete your objective of freezing everything and using your powers to have sex with a girl. The strange thing is that the girl you are about to knob isn’t even your opponent, just some random person watching the match.
You may have noticed that our character is also a female. That brings to question who that penis belongs to. Is this some futa dickgirl situation, or are we just conspiring with someone? These are the real questions. The type of mysteries that keep you up at night as you ponder this situation to no avail. With my mind going off to weird arse places like that instead of focusing on the hentai, it goes without saying that the H content here is not great.
After we fill up the meter, time will stop, and a small cutscene will play out. We do not have any type of interaction with it. As time is stopped, there isn’t any animation aside from the spooky floating penis moving around. The girl lets out very low moans that sound more akin to going on a light jog, and that’s that. Your first sex scene at least has multiple phases. The other two are just a static one and done ordeals that last a pathetically small amount of time.
Remember how I said you have sex once you fill-up the meter during the match? Yeah, that means there are only three matches. Each match lasted under a minute. There is really nothing to them. You just head over to where the shadow is located, which is where the ball will land, and then wait for it to fall there. It is less like playing volleyball and more like what would be an unnecessary tutorial for other titles in where they teach you to walk. The only other action key aside from movement is the spacebar that allows you to dive. You will not be needing that. There is more than enough time to move where the ball is landing.
All told, with watching all the sex scenes, completing the matches, and even coming back to see if that was really all on offer, my playtime was six minutes. This is a five dollar game. I am definitely the canary in the coal mine here. Do not make the same mistake as me and let curiosity get the better of you. It is without a doubt an interesting concept for a hentai title, yet all you’ll be buying is the idea itself as there is hardly a game here. There isn’t even a gallery mode to view the sex scenes again without playing through a match again. Timestop Volleyball is just an incredibly lazy and poorly made game all around that is by no means worth its asking price.
